The boring bits:
What happens if my session is cancelled?
In the rare event that the session is cancelled, you will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to your workshop is scheduled start. You will be given a full refund.
What if I need to cancel my workshop?
Sometimes life gets in the way and you might need to cancel your booking. Doing so will incur a $10 non-negotiable cancellation fee per transaction up to 48-hours before your scheduled session time.
If cancelling within that 48-hour window, a $10 non-negotiable per ticket will be applied.
Important: I gotta be very strict on ‘no shows’. If you don’t show up for the workshop, you will still be charged the full amount. You will be unable to refund, reschedule or be provided a credit for a missed session.
